Chinese City Resources Investment Club
Goal: Chinese City Resources Investment Club (CCRIC) is a non for profit organization designed to promote international investment in the China urbanization market which includes: real estate, infer-structure, utilities, land development, and environmental friendly development. The objective of the Club is to bring together the top real estate developers in China on a monthly basis to discuss current issues and projects in the real estate market.The second objective of CCRIC is to help provide a platform for foreign investors to communicate openly with top level developers, and government officials in China allowing the two sides to help bridge the gap in understanding the China market.
Club: CCRIC's members are the top developers, leaders, and political figures of their respective industries (real estate, financial, and government) in China.CCRIC’s experience and network combined has provided our members with the ability to communicate laterally rather than having to deal with unwanted hassle. CCRIC has thus created a platform that allows these members to discuss future projects, existing projects, future governmental policies, and any other subjects that have bearing on the China real estate and urbanization market.
